R&T Furniture Policies

  Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice, and are F.O.B. Cambridge, Ontario warehouse. (Please verify prices at all times)

Terms:
Net 30 Days on approval of credit, with written application on file, or C.O.D.

Returns:
We do not accept any returned merchandise without an approved returned authorization from R & T Furniture, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Any merchandise returned out of original cartons will be charged a 5% recartoning fee. Unauthorized returns will be refused and the carrier will be instructed to contact the shipper for instructions. Authorized returns will be either picked up in our company trucks or further instructions will be given at time of approval. Merchandise will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Damage Claims:
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed in an approved manner when leaving the R & T warehouse. It is the consignee’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival. Note any visible damage on the receiving ticket before signing. You are protected for concealed damage if you notify us within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Common carrier claims must be filed with the carrier, also within 5 days

Special Orders:
Special orders cannot be cancelled at R & T Furniture after merchandise has been shipped from the factory. If we cannot for any reason cancel the order, the merchandise will be shipped to you upon arrival at R & T Furniture.

Warehouse Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
